My name is Graciela Hernández, and I am Duaner Sánchez's girlfriend of, what, 26 years now? ;) Seriously, Duanie and I have been together, if only as friends for the most part, since we were still in pañales back home in the DR. We kind of lost touch after high school, as he came to the US to play ball and I stayed in DR for college, but a few years ago, I came to the US to complete my graduate studies...and wound up living in Duanie's neighborhood. It didn't take long for us to find each other again, and our friendship resurfaced...along with something else that may have been there back in the DR, but we were too young to know what it was yet. We've been together as a couple since then, and of course we are still the best of friends. I was talking to him on the phone a couple days ago and he mentioned this LJ thing and the really loco friends he's been making on here, so I decided to make one. I hope I make a lot of good friends here.
